1:  How do I sign in?

To sign in to the site, please click on the "Login" link.  Enter your username and password and click "Sign in".

2: This is my first visit to the site, but I don't know my username or my password

If you know your username (usually your email address) you can click on the "Forgot Password" link, enter your username and you will be emailed a link to reset your password.  If you don't know your username, click on "Forgot username" and enter your email address.  In this case you will be emailed your username, and then you can come back to the site and create a password using the "Forgot Password" link.  If the system does not recognise your email address, please contact our office.

3. Why does it say "Forgot password" when I've never had one on this site?

When we launched our website we sent everyone an email with their username, which is the email address associated with your record.  We use the "Forgot password" facility to enable you to create your own password, which is then private and secure.  You can use the "Forgot password" facility at any time to create a new password, even if you remember your password and just want a new one.  In the event that you do forget your password, you know you can create a new one by clicking on "Forgot password".  

4. Why do I need a login and password?

For security reasons a unique username and password is required for websites that accept credit card payments (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard' (PCI DSS) .
